Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to follow an Ayurvedic treatment protocol Patient fulfilling Diagnostic criteria of Avascular Necrosis Diagnosed cases of AVN Participants having classical signs and symptoms of AsthiMajjagata Vata, Sandhishoola, Balakshaya, and Kati pada shul

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Those willing to go for surgical management Uncontrolled diabetes, severe osteoporosis, or other metabolic bone diseases Patients on long-term medications like NSAIDs, corticosteroids or bisphosphonates in the last 6 months with steroids
