Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For cases 1. Adult patient (greater than or equal to 18 years old at diagnosis) 2. Three distinct cohorts, one of patients harboring metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma IDHwt, extensive small cell lung cancer 3. Long-term survival is defined as an exceptional long survival of greater than or equal to 5 years from stage IV diagnosis for PDAC, extensive SCLC, and GBM-IDHwt 4. Availability of at least one tumor block sample and associated clinical annotations For controls 1. Adult patient (greater than or equal to 18 years18 years old at diagnosis); 2. Three distinct cohorts, one for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, another for glioblastoma IDHwt, and one for extensive small cell lung cancer 3. Paired to the long-term survivors on age, stage, and other prognostic factors for each specific cohort 4. Death on median overall survival with a variation of 25 percent before or beyond as reported in pivotal clinical trials in the specific type disease 5. Availability of at least one tumor block sample and associated clinical annotations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. less than 18 years old at diagnosis 2. Hematological malignancy or solid tumors, which are not in the scope of tumor types described in the inclusion criteria 3. Tumor sample not available for multi-omic analyses.

MeasureTime frame
In each cohort, to identify and analyze a global signature (Digital histology, Radiomic, Genomic (somatic mutations), Transcriptomic (somatic alterations), Proteomic, Epigenomic and clinical signature) associated to patients with unexpected survival (case) compared to patients with standard survival (control).Timepoint: Cases (long survivors): Patients who have survived 5 or more than 5 years from diagnosis (for PDAC, ES-SCLC, and GBM-IDHwt). Controls: Patients with death observed at the median overall survival ± 25%, as reported in pivotal clinical trials for that specific cancer type.

1. To explore & identify global (pan-cohort) signatures across all tumor types that differentiate long-term survivors from controls. 2. To describe clinical, digital pathology, radiomic, somatic genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, & epigenomic signatures associated with patients with exceptional long-term survival, both within each cohort & across all cohorts collectively.Timepoint: NA
