Interventions

Intervention1: Virtual reality: • Each patient will undergo VR-based therapy 3 times per week for 4 weeks, with each session lasting 9 minutes. • The VR content will be played on a mobile phone insert

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals aged between 18-40 years 2) Individuals experiencing motion sickness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pre-existing vestibular disorders, neurological conditions. 2) Contraindications to VR use, such as individuals with epilepsy, visual impairments, cardiovascular conditions, anxiety. 3) Participants having ear infection or surgery.
