Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of age groups 18 to 50 who suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome Gender- Men women and transgender Confirmed diagnosis of IBS according to Rome IV criteria Consent - participants are willing to provide written informed consent to participate in the study and can fill out the Birmingham IBS symptoms score by themselves
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received any form of treatment-homoeopathic ayurvedic allopathic or any other alternative therapies for irritable bowel syndrome within past 10 days Abdominal surgery within the last past 6 months History of inflammatory bowel disease celiac disease or other diagnosed gastrointestinal pathology, renal failure, cardiomegaly, any malignancy and uncontrolled diabetes Presence of red flag symptoms suggesting organic disease-rectal bleeding unexplained weight loss more than 5 kg family history of colorectal cancer Patient having severe psychiatric disorder like depression with suicidal tendency schizophrenia bipolar disorder cognitive disorder like dementia
