Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged between 18 to 60 years both males and females. 2.Individuals who are already diagnosed with primary clinical or subclinical Hypothyroidism. 3.Patients who are already taking Thyroxine medication with Serum TSH level greater than 5 mIU/L to smaller than 30 mIU/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group less than 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Diseases like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension. 3.Patients with the Congenital Hypothyroidism , Secondary or Tertiary Hypothyroidism , Severe Uncontrolled Hypothyroidism like myxedema coma or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) are excluded . 4.Pregnancy and Lactation – Pregnant or lactating women due to hormonal variations affecting thyroid function. 5.Chronic Medication Use – Individuals on long-term corticosteroids, lithium, or amiodarone, which can interfere with thyroid function.
