Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed and confirmed cases of Vicarcika with classical signs and symptoms of Vicarcika like Kandu, Pidika, Vaivarnyata, Ruksata etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Suffering with systemic diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Malignancy, Tuberculosis, Renal diseases, Liver diseases etc. 2 Lesions of larger surface area(Area Score more than 3) Pregnancy and Lactating mother 3 Patient who has participated in any clinical trial in past 6 Months.

MeasureTime frame
It would be assessed on the basis of HPTLC (High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography), Macroscopic study, Microscopic study, Alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, proteins, sugar, steroids, triterpenoids etc Therapeutic effect of Ingudi (Balanites aegyptiaca Linn.Delile) oil and it’s combination with the bark powder would be assessed on the basis of disappearance of clinical symptoms of Vicharchika and improvement in Subjective/Objective parameters after 60 days of therapy. Timepoint: 60 days
