Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders Aged between 18 and 50 years. Functional fluency in English or Kannada Diagnosis of a Single depressive episode, Recurrent depressive disorder or Dysthymia as ICD-11 criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clients with severe depression Comorbid severe psychiatric conditions. Comorbid substance use or Personality disorders. Patients who have undergone more than five structured psychotherapies
