Intervention1: Reversal of soft tissue anesthesia: REVERSAL OF SOFT TISSUE ANESTHESIA WITH PHOTOBIOMODULATION AT 810 NM IN LIGNOCAINE AND ARTICAINE ADMINISTERED VIA BLOCK AND INFILTRATION TECHNIQUES C

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6 to 10 years old, who are able to comprehend and respond to soft tissue sensation 2.Children falling under Frankl cooperation scale level of 3-4 (Positive and Definitely Positive) 3.Each child with 2 contralateral dental caries lesions requiring pulp therapy in the same jaw/mandible. (IANB, for split-mouth design analysis) 4.Each child requiring at least 2 contralateral extractions in the mandible.(Buccal infiltration, for split mouth analysis) 5.Children who need to be treated under anesthesia by administering mandibular nerve block and infiltration. 6.Children who had not received any analgesic medication within 24 hours prior to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any systemic conditions that contraindicate dental treatment with local anesthesia. 2.Errors in delivering the anesthetic and failure to achieve sufficient anesthesia for the treatment. 3.Inadequate understanding of the patient during training to assess the response to soft tissue anesthesia.
