Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3, undergoing elective laproscopic or robotic nephrectomy Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to local anesthetics. 2. BMI more than 35 kg/m2 3. History of mental illness or taking psychotropic drugs. 4. Long-term use of analgesics or sedatives. 5. History of drug abuse, alcohol, or opioid abuse. 6. Chronic pain or recent acute pain
