Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female college students aged between 18-25 only will be included. 2) Healthy participants without any chronic diseases will only be included. 3) Participants who are new to yoga and who are not involved with any physical exercises or psychological therapy will only be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants above or below the mentioned age limit and other gender volunteers will be excluded from this study. 2) Volunteers with any chronic disease and who are consuming any medication for a chronic disease will be excluded. 3) College students already practicing yoga or any other physical activity and/or undergoing any psychological therapy will be excluded.
