Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients Closed Midshaft clavicular fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pathologic fractures previous surgery on the same clavicle other ipsilateral fractures skeletally immature individuals open fractures
