Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 18 to 60 years residing in Maharashtra Individuals with regular dietary habits at least two meals per day Individuals willing to participate and provide informed consent Those with no major underlying chronic illness such as diabetes hypertension or autoimmune diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with pre existing gastrointestinal disorders like IBS IBD chronic acidity Pregnant and lactating women Those following strict dietary regimens like fasting therapeutic diets Participants unwilling to provide consent or not completing the study
