Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm infants less than 37 weeks NICU admission with birth weight of less than 1800 gm requiring noninvasive respiratory support during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm infants who are Hemodynamically unstable on more than one inotrope Preterm infants who have major congenital malformation Preterm infants who have umbilical venous catheter or umbilical arterial catheter in situ
