Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young women with Indian Nationality. Women who are employed or unemployed. Women who are married or unmarried. Women who have basic English comprehension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of psychiatric conditions. Participants who have undergone any psychotherapeutic interventions.
