Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 59 years. Diagnosed with an anxiety disorder spectrum (e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder) except obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) as per ICD-10 criteria by a qualified psychiatrist. Willing to provide written informed consent to participate in the study. Able to complete the study questionnaires and attend clinical/laboratory assessments. Not currently undergoing pharmacological treatment for last 6 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbid major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder with psychotic features). Pregnant or lactating women. Substance use disorder except nicotine dependence.

To assess the association between lifestyle behaviors and anxiety symptom severity in patients with clinically diagnosed anxiety disorders and predict the prognostic value of lifestyle choices on the severity of disease.Timepoint: at enrollment (baseline)
