Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who underwent ACL reconstruction with meniscal repair Participants were 8 months post surgery and aligning with the study recovery focus Participants should have been stable enough to perform tests and assessments such as the SEBT and APECS analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No additional knee injuries affecting outcomes No conditions impairing balance or proprioception ability to complete functional tests without pain
