Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Students aged between 14 to 18 years 2 Students scoring above 35 on the Test Anxiety Questionnaire 3 Students from Arts Commerce and Science academic streams will be included 4 Only students enrolled in 9th and 11th standard will be included 5 Regular students with proper school attendance will be included 6 Students whose parents or guardians provide written informed consent will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Students currently using antidepressants or any conventional treatment 2 Students with any diagnosed juvenile disease such as epilepsy Type 1 diabetes ADHD Learning disability
