Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to the emergency medicine department with symptoms of acute coronary syndrome Positive troponin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ST elevation myocardial infarction in standard 12 lead ECG. Patients not undergoing coronary angiography.
