Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes male and female patients in the age group of 18 to 80 years. The patients utilizing the OPD services of the Kasturba hospital, Manipal. Post introduction of the app, only the patients who have used the app before arrival to the hospital, will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years of age will be excluded from the study. Inpatients seeking unscheduled consultation during OPD hours will be excluded Patients who leave after registration will be excluded from the study

This study will show how the upcoming modern technologies like artificial intelligence and an app with 24/7 accessibility can ease the administrative burden in a hospital. Reduction in OPD Waiting Time Improved Hospital Efficiency and WorkflowTimepoint: First 6 months Data collection of waiting time in OPD and review of literature on application of Artificial intelligence in a hospital. Next 6 months for making an app according to the need in a hospital. after the app is implemented next 6 months data of waiting in a OPD is collected and compared.
