Intervention1: Individualized homoeopathic treatment: Intervention is planned as administering indicated homoeopathic remedies in centesimal potency. Each dose consisted of 4-6 cane sugar globules moi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 3 and 18 years. 2. Cases of all the genders, irrespective of religion and caste. 3. Children with allergic rhinitis with two out of four symptoms of itching, sneezing, rhinorrhoea and nasal block. 4. Patient’s parents who are willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study and patients give verbal assent (children age between 7-11 years), written assent (children aged between 12-17 years), and no assent needed for children aged below7 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nasal abnormalities causing obstruction: e.g. Nasal polyps, Deviated nasal septum. 2. Individuals suffering from allergic rhinitis complicated with other diseases. 3. Individuals who are currently on any other homoeopathic treatment or undergoing any kind of treatment for allergic rhinitis from any system of medicine. 4. Suffering from known respiratory disease. 5. Individuals already participating in other trails at the same time. 6. Individuals with life threatening diseases. 7. Self-reported immune compromised state. 8. Individuals requiring Oxygen therapy or hospitalisation. 9. Individuals having any substance abuse or severe psychiatric illness. 10. Individuals who have taken any other homoeopathic medicine for at least 6 weeks. 11. unwillingness to comply with the study procedures.
