Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of tuberculosis registered on Nikshaya Portal who are willing to participate in trial and ready to give written consent. 2.A diagnosed case of tuberculosis as per NTEP Guideline & currently on AKT for atleast 15 days. 3.Patients of either gender irrespective of cast, religion, socio-economical and education status, occupation, etc. 4.Patients with Age â?? 18 to 60 yrs. 5.Patients reporting significant fatigue. (Piper Fatigue Scale more than or equal to 2) 6.Patient who had not participated in any research work since last six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not registered on Nikshay Portal. 2.Patients with drug resistant TB,(MDR and XDR) HIV, Hepatitis B and severe comorbidities. (Ex. Coronary Artery Disease, Stroke, Chronic Kidney Disease, etc.) 3.Patients with serious life threatening diseases. 4.Pregnant females and lactating mothers. 5.Patient with age less than 18 yrs and age more than 60 yrs. 6.Patient having hypersensitivity reaction to study medication. 7.People reported chronic alcoholism and addiction to narcotics. 8.People taking any other investigational drug for another clinical trial or research are also not eligible. 9.Patients taking medicines that may interfere with the study outcome. 10.Patient suffering from psychiatric illness. 11.Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension (BP greater than 160 over 90, BSL R greater than 300)
