Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group between 40 to 60 years 2 Both Genders male and female 3 Patients having already diagnosed cases 4 Patients having NDI score 5-34% 5 Patients who gives consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cervical spondylosis associated with malignant disease like spinal tumor 2 Patients with other systemic illness like Uncontrolled Diabetes and HIV 3 If there is need for surgical interventions 4 Presence of other spinal condition eg. Injury and infection, kyphosis and scoliosis 5 Presence of other Neurological condition like Parkinson and multiple sclerosis

Reduction in Neck disability index score (NDI)Timepoint: Data will be scheduled at 0 1 3 6 months with final assessment of cervical spondylosis symptoms done using the NDI SCORE at the end of 6 months of periods
