Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients of newly diagnosed malignancies including pediatric patients capable of responding to DT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients previously diagnosed as a case of Psychiatric illness. 2.Patients with metastatic disease.
