Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with a diagnosis of T2DM Patient with Sedentary lifestyle Patient with HbA1C levels between 6.5%-9.0%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with cardiovascular complications Patient with COPD or Severe respiratory disorder Patient with Severe Renal impairment or physical or mental disability which prevent in aerobic exercises training Patient on insulin therapy are also excluded from this study Patient intended or actual participation in some other study .
