Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria.Patient complaining of pain during menses with other symptoms of udavartini yonivyapad for at least two consecutive cycles. 2. Married and unmarried patients. 3. Patients with scanty or average flow

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having congestive, polymenorrhea 2.Patient having anatomical/congenital anomalies in genital tract. 3.Patient with Fibroid, cyst, endometriosis. 4.Patient suffering from any systemic disease like HTN, DM , bleeding disorder, cardiac diseases 5. Presence of HIV,HbsAg,VDRL,HPV Positive in the patient. Patient using any IUCDs. 6.Patient having an endocrinological disorder like hypothyroidism/ hyperthyroidism
