Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients of age between 18 years and 70 years with Type I and Type II fistula in Ano.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes 2. Any other immunocompromised status. 3. secondary fistula in Ano like in Crohn’s disease, tuberculosis etc. 4. Known allergy to silver or its compounds
