Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 18-75 years, scheduled for Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty(PTCA) for stable or unstable angina and myocardial infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with significantly impaired left ventricular (LV) function on echocardiography. 2. Coronary angiography confirmed incomplete occlusion of culprit vessels. 3. Patient who died during or 24 h after Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). 4. Active visceral hemorrhage. 5. Cardiogenic shock. 6. Liver and renal insufficiency. 7. Malignancy.
