Inclusion criteria: Informed consent, Patient attending OPD of department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur, Diagnosed cases of PCOS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to comply, Pregnant and lactating females, Psychiatric illness/cognitive limitation/physical limitation, Women taking oral contraceptives,steroids,antiepileptics,androgen or other drug, Thyroid disease and hyperprolactanemia
