Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Persons diagnosed with schizophrenia and other primary psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, or severe depressive disorder with psychotic features as per ICD 11. 2.Persons having Clinical Global Impressions-Severity (CGI-S) score of less than 1 for bipolar disorder and depressive disorder, less than or equal to 3 for schizophrenia and psychotic disorders suggesting remisison; and Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) score of more than or equal to 70 for baseline normal functioning.19 and 22 3. Persons of any gender. 4. Persons married and cohabiting for at least 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological disorders - head injury, cerebrovascular accident, tumours, dementia, organic brain syndromes (e.g. delirium, amnesia), epilepsy. 2. Patients with co-morbid substance dependence. 3. Patients with neurodevelopmental disorders. 4. Patients with any acute, unstable medical or surgical illnesses. 5. Patients with any chronic, unstable medical or surgical illnesses known to affect sexual functioning.
