Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 18-59 Diagnosed with measured Major Depressive Disorder as per ICD-10 criteria by qualified psychiatrist Willing & able to provide written informed consent Able to participate in follow - up evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient currently diagnosed with any psychiatric disorder patient diagnosed with any endocrine disorder or any other neurological illness patient with severe depression
