Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients presenting to emergency department in shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with known cause (With final diagnosis, Gastrointestinal bleeding) Patients who have received treatment from outside hospital. Patients in cardio pulmonary arrest and post CPR. Pregnant females. Patients not willing to participate.
