Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults 18years and above. No upper age limit. 2. Participants suffering from CRD asthma or COPD and healthy participant based on clinician judgement. 3. Planning to stay in the study area for study duration. 4. Willing and able to provide written informed consent. 5. For IDI Only those respondents who are fluent in Marathi will be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically unstable participants severe CRD patients as per chest physician discretion. 2. Participants with prior history of heart disease or cardiac issues participants with unstable heart disease who might be susceptible to a tachycardia or an elevated resting HR will be excluded. 3. Participant already is a part of a respiratory interventional study or any other interventional study that likely to affect study primary or secondary outcomes 4. Living in the same house as another participant Two participants in one house, to avoid influence between the participants. 5. Unwilling and unable to provide written informed consent.
