Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients diagnosed with Stage III Grade A periodontitis based on the 2018 classification. 2) Patients with at least 20 teeth at the time of initial examination 3) Patients with periodontal condition showing PPD 5 to 6 mm in at least two sites

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating women. 2)Patients with deleterious habits. 3)systemic unhealthy patients. 4)patients receiving orthodontic treatment 5)patients with implants, and endodontically treated teeth. • patients with allergy/systemic disease/treatment that contraindicate or compromise results of surgical procedure • Patients with caries, restoration, or crowns present in the adjacent teeth
