Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active individuals over the age of 18- 40 Active asymptomatic individuals regularly perform overhead activity Participants should have full shoulder range of motion Participants who can read and speak english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder or spinal injuries, surgeries, Rotator cuff tear, Inflammatory joint disease ,Any noticeable orthopedic deformity effecting shoulder, spine and posture
