Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients with Unstable Trochanteric Fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Stable Trochanteric fractures. Patients with Metabolic disorders Patients with Neuromuscular disorders Patients with Pathological Fractures Patients with history of previous Hip surgery Patients having Ipsilateral lower limb fractures

To compare functional outcomes in patients suffering unstable trochanteric femur fractures managed with bipolar hemiarthroplasty versus other osteosynthetic modalities based on Harris Hip score.Timepoint: 1 month postoperatively, 3 months postoperatively, 6 months postoperatively
