Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| •To look for the correlation between the three calculated risk scores (FRS, ASCVD, QRISK3) and the CAC Score in the Study PopulationTimepoint: Cross sectional study, No followup, All data about history, comorbidities, CT scan data, CAG reports if any are collected at same time within the data colection period of the trial (15/11/25 to 31/3/27) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Identify discrepancies between risk scores & the actual burden of subclinical atherosclerosis as measured by CAC SCORE.Timepoint: At baseline;Determine which risk score (FRS, ASCVD, or QRISK3) best correlates with CAC SCORE in our populationTimepoint: At baseline;Explore clinical factors that may influence the correlation between risk scores & CAC ScoreTimepoint: At baseline; To compare the risk scores & CAC discrepancies in diabetics & non-diabeticsTimepoint: At baseline; To assess the correlation between number of vessel involvements in CAC CT scan & the major risk factors of CVDTimepoint: At baseline; To assess the correlation between the various risk scores & Coronary Angiography proven atherosclerotic individualsTimepoint: At baseline | — |
