Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Person who willing to participate. •District level male players with minimum two years of training specific to Handball and Volleyball. •Age group 18-30 •No musculoskeletal injuries last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Participants with current or recent (past 6 months) musculoskeletal injuries that could affect their ability to perform the battle rope exercises. •Presence of chronic medical conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory issues, or metabolic disorders that contraindicate high-intensity exercise. •Participants currently involved in other high-intensity training programs that could confound the results.
