Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with allergic rhinitis based on SFAR score equal or more than 7 2. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent 3. Able to perform jala neti as instructed 4. No prior experience with regular jala neti practice in the last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of nasal structural abnormalities such as nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum, or other obstructive conditions 2. History of nasal respiratory tract infection, acute sinusitis 3. Diagnosed cases of chronic respiratory disorders 4. Use of systemic corticosteroids, antihistamines, intranasal medication within 7 days prior to baseline assessment 5. Pregnant or lactating women
