Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be selected based on the presence of Ayurvedic Lakshanas of Hridroga described in Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya, supported by modern diagnostic evidence of Cardiovascular Disease. Ayurvedic Lakshanas to be considered: 1. Hricchula (Ruja) Pain or discomfort in the cardiac region (comparable to angina). 2. Shwasa Dyspnea or breathlessness on exertion. 3. Bhrama / Murchha Giddiness or episodes of fainting. 4. Vaivarnya Paleness of Skin 5. Dourbalya Generalized weakness. Gourava Heaviness in the chest region. 6. Daha Burning sensation in the chest (in some cases). Modern Correlation: 1. Documented diagnosis of Cardiovascular Disease by a physician 2. Recent ECG of the Patient 3. Lipid profile derangement indicating dyslipidemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital heart disease, severe systemic illness, or psychiatric disorders. 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Individuals on lipid-lowering drugs or psychiatric medications. 3. Patients with AIDS, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B and Syphilis
