Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Recreational badminton players of age 18-40 years 2 Individual having tightness in hamstring muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Professional or elite athletes 2 Recent lower limb injury (less than 6 months) 3 Any kind of treatment to lower limb for the past 4 weeks Contraindications to IASTM 1.Open wounds or skin lesions in treatment area 2.Vascular abnormalities (DVT varicose veins) 3.Bleeding disorders or anticoagulant use
