Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age of more than 18 years sex both males and females American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status o 1 to 3 Body mass index of less than 30 Adequate baseline pulmonary function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any emergency surgery American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 4 or above severe chronic obstructive and restrictive pulmonary disease Severe renal or cardiac and hepatic dysfunction Pregnancy Active respiratory infection Previous thoracic surgery on operating side
