Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with CGH based on the CHISG with a mandatory presentation of unilateral head pain without side shift associated with the neck pain and positive flexion-rotation test less than 33 degrees. All individuals aged between 18-50 years. Willingness to participate in the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with spinal infections, spinal tumours , spine or vertebral injury or any fracture , cervical instability, PIVD, RA, dizziness or visual disturbances . Pregnancy H/o any kind of surgery of head and neck or spinal region .
