Intervention1: The intervention includes volitional yoga breathing techniques: Ujjayi Pranayama

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Students having at least 3 months of experience in breathing techniques (pranayama) (ii) have normal health based on a semi structured interview
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who will be taking medication and having history of smoking, consuming tobacco, alcohol, mental health disorders, extra systole, hypertension and cardiac conditions will be excluded from the study.
