Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI- Grade 1 obesity i.e. 30.0 - 34.9 Kg/m2 as per WHO recommendations. Willing to provide informed consent. Not using other weight management treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Severe skin condition at electrode site (e.g., eczema, psoriasis) uncontrolled co-morbidities Underlying cardiac or respiratory conditions. Pacemaker or implanted electronic devices Any soft tissue injuries Any musculoskeletal condition in concern with joints pain Any type of surgery in past 6 months.
