Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender participants in the age group of 18 to 30 willing to participate in the study All participants with diagnosed computer vision syndrome. Participants with a cranio-vertebral angle less than 48-50 degrees. Participants with altered scapulohumeral rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are undergoing strength training. The individuals who have a history of neurological disorders. The individuals with recent trauma or fracture in the neck or shoulder region for the last 6 months. Individual unable to comply with the study protocol/follow instructions. Pregnant women Individual with a BMI of more than 30 according to the Asia Pacific scale for BMI
