Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with Mutrashmari (Urolithiasis). Patients of either sex, aged between 16 years to 60 years. Patients who are advised for surgical intervention by a modern practitioner and are unfit for surgery. Single or multiple calculi having a size less than or equal to 8 mm each in any part of the urinary system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calculi Size more than 8 mm in size. Pyelonephritis Patients with known endocrine or metabolic disorders are at risk of calculus formation. Patients with impaired renal function or any severe complications Uncontrolled DM, Malignancy. Patients on prolonged (greater than 6 weeks) medication with corticosteroids, antidepressants, anticholinergics, etc Patients with concurrent serious hepatic disorders. Patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction. Pregnant women

There is significant effect of Shobhanjanadi Yoga and Gokshura Yoga in Mutrashmari w.s.r. to Urolithiasis.Timepoint: Assessment will done Before treatment at Baseline, After treatment 15th day and at Follow up- on the 4th Week, followed by assesment of result for the treatment given at 8th Week for both Group A and Group B.
