Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Postnatal mother who have undergone for caesarean delivery. 2)Postnatal mothers Age between 18 to 40 years. 3)Postnatal mothers who are within 2 -4 days postpartum. 4)Postnatal mothers who experiencing fatigue and sleep disturbances. 5)Postnatal mothers who can read and write English, Gujrati and Hindi.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Postnatal mothers with foot infections, wounds, or skin conditions that prevent footbath therapy. 2)Postnatal mothers with any major medical or psychiatric illness . 3)Postnatal mothers taking sedatives or sleep medications regularly. 4)Postnatal mothers who are not cooperative or unable to communicate effectively. 5)Postnatal mothers who are discharged before the completion of the intervention
