Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to the age group of 18 to 30 years, Either sex, Patients having sing and symptom of Mukhadusika (Acne), Patients willing to participate in study trial and give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other skin diseases. Patient with acne on regions other than face. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patients associated with other systemic disorders, and metabolic disorders and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOD). • Patients having Pidaka of the other Kshudraroga, Visarpa, Prameha, Masurika etc. • Patients taking oral contraceptive pills, antibiotics, steroids.

Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn.) is a safe drug in the management of Mukhdushika (Acne).Timepoint: After 15 the day of trail and completion of trail ie 45 days
