Inclusion criteria: patient on chronic beta blocker
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known renal dysfunction or visible jaundice Patients already on vasopressors or inotropes at the time of evaluation Cardiac arrest prior to or during intubation Destitutes
