Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group between 30 to 60 years 2) Both male and female 3) Diagnosed with Stage I primary hypertension as per JNC 8 or current guidelines 4) On stable antihypertensive medication for at least 4 weeks before enrollment 5) Participants who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary hypertension due to endocrine, renal, or vascular causes 2) History of cardiac arrhythmias, pacemaker, or any implanted electrical device 3) Known psychiatric illness, cognitive impairment, or neurological disorders 4) Participants with ear infections 5) Pregnant or lactating women 6) Known allergy or skin reaction to auricular press needles or adhesives 7) Patients unwilling or unable to comply with the protocol (e.g., regular visits, HRV recordings) 8) Current participation in another clinical trial
